1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the All Aces Painters website and the provision of painting services by All Aces Painters Pty Ltd ("All Aces Painters", "we", "us", "our") to any person or business ("client", "you") who engages us for a residential or commercial painting project. By requesting a quote, engaging our services, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes provided by All Aces Painters are based on the information and access available at the time of inspection or discussion. A quote is an estimate of the cost of the described work and is valid for a reasonable period from the date it is issued, unless otherwise stated. Where the scope of work changes once a project has started — for example, unforeseen surface damage discovered during preparation — we will discuss this with you before proceeding, and the quote may be revised accordingly.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Start dates and timeframes are agreed between All Aces Painters and the client and are estimates only. Delays caused by weather, site access, third parties, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect scheduling, and we will communicate any changes as early as possible.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including any deposit and progress or final payment amounts, will be agreed with you before work begins and set out in your quote or invoice. Full payment is expected in accordance with the terms provided at the time of quoting, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Providing reasonable access to the property for the agreed work period.
• Advising us of any known hazards, access restrictions, or areas requiring special care.
• Removing or securing valuable or fragile items from work areas where practical.
• Making decisions on colours and finishes within a reasonable timeframe so the project can proceed as scheduled.

6. Workmanship & Materials

All Aces Painters uses quality materials suited to the surfaces being painted and carries out work to a professional standard, including appropriate surface preparation before painting. Paint and material warranties, where applicable, are generally provided by the manufacturer in accordance with their own terms.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, All Aces Painters' liability for any loss or damage arising from the services provided is limited to the re-performance of the relevant work or the cost of having the work re-performed. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Cancellations

We ask that any cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed booking be communicated to us as soon as possible. Reasonable notice helps us manage our schedule and allocate crew time fairly across all clients.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
